How does Concierge work?

You sit back and let us do the heavy lifting! We contact online leads immediately after their inquiry and screen them for intent to buy, price point, location, and more, weeding out the window shoppers and only passing along the motivated buyers and seller leads.

When we have an interested consumer on the line, we send a lead alert via SMS or app push notification to agents who might be a good match to work with that client. Agents compete for the lead, and the first agent to claim the lead alert will receive a phone call from a Realtor.com Rep and be live-transferred to speak to the client.

What is the vetting process for these leads?

Before connecting agents to a lead, our Consumer Success reps screen them by asking them all the questions your agents would ask a new client, including intent to buy, timeframe, pre-approval status, and more. How are leads assigned to my agents?
