TESTIMONIAL AUTHORIZATION & RELEASE (“Release”)

I am a bona fide user of the above-indicated solution(s) (“Solution(s)”) that Move, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“you”) offers, makes available, markets and/or promotes. I grant to you and to your advertising agency and other designees (“Agency(ies)”), if any, permission, on a worldwide and perpetual basis, and using any media, technology or methods now or hereafter known, to use the information I have supplied above (“Material”) and also my name, image, likeness, voice, statements I make, photographs of me (including without limitation photographs of me that I have in the past or may in the future upload to the realtor.com® control panel, which I hereby expressly authorize you to access and use in connection with your business), customer and business materials, trademarks, logos, names and/or information I provide, general location and/or other means of identifying me, and the name, trademarks and logos of the company I work for or am affiliated with in any way you choose in connection with your business. Without limiting the foregoing, these permissions and the Material may be used and exercised alone, together, edited (or not), accompanied by other material (or not), and for any advertising, promoting or publicizing of you or the Solution(s). However, any edit or other modification of the Material to fit your needs must not materially change the general meaning of any statement of mine therein. I represent that any such statement is true, accurately reflects my opinion of and experience with you and your Solution(s) and is not misleading either in what it says or in what it omits to say, and no other content of the Materials requires any consent of any third party for me to give these permissions regarding such content. Upon request, I will promptly provide written support for any claims made in any statement(s) made in the Material that are or appear to be factual; I have made all such statements knowing that you might use them for advertising the Solution(s) and/or your business, without any payment or promise of payment or other compensation and I do not expect to receive any payment or other compensation in connection with them or this Authorization & Release. I will hold you, your Agencies and others who use such statements consistent with this Authorization & Release harmless against any claims, losses, damages or liability arising from such use. I understand and agree that you will be the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, in and to (i) any photo, recording, ad, document, file or transmission you make in connection with this Authorization & Release, (ii) any copies I provide you of any Material and (iii) all results of your acts pursuant to this Authorization & Release, and I hereby make assignment of same to you accordingly. I represent that I have all authority necessary to sign and grant the permissions given in this Authorization & Release. I am of full legal age of majority and have the legal capacity to sign this Authorization & Release.
